Roadside Service Rates

Rates start at $55.00 plus tax for roadside services in the Albuquerque Metro area and East Mountains, but can vary depending on location and other factors. Any and all charges will be discussed and agreed upon in advance of providing service. Services outside of the  Greater Albuquerque Metro Area or the East Mountains may require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to dispatch.

Areas Serviced

Communities we service in New Mexico include but are not limited to: Albuquerque, Tijeras, Cedar Crest, Sandia Park, Edgewood, Moriarty, Cedar Grove, Madrid, Chilili, Mountainair, and all surrounding areas. We can go anywhere in the state, so if you are in a remote location and are having trouble getting service please give us a call! Please note rates are based mostly on travel time to and from these locations so will vary depending on the distance.

While we primarily offer services  within 50 miles of the Greater Albuquerque Metro area and East Mountains, we're happy to assist with longer-distance requests anywhere in New Mexico. Middle-of-nowhere roadside assistance is not a problem, we live in a big state! Due to the extra time and expense, a deposit and trip charge will apply to these extended service calls depending on distance — but don’t worry, all fees and any additional cost will always be discussed and agreed upon in advance. If you are unsure whether we can provide service in your area, please just give us a call. Be sure to leave a clear message and we will call you back as soon as possible during normal business hours.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer certain Roadside Services on some area roadways due to increased danger,

and we reserve the right to refuse any service for any reason. 

Currently we do not offer Tire Change Services along the following roadways unless parked at a business, residence, or rest area:

Paseo Del Norte Blvd

I-25 Frontage Rd

I-40 Frontage Rd

The NMDOT Courtesy Patrol provides roadside assistance on major thoroughfares in Albuquerque Monday through Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. They can be reached at 505-934-0354

The Courtesy Patrol currently covers the following areas:

I-25 from NM 500 (Rio Bravo Boulevard) to NM 556 (Tramway Boulevard)

I-40 from 98th Street to NM 556 (Tramway Boulevard)

NM 423 (Paseo Del Norte) – I-25 to NM 45 (Coors Boulevard)

Hours of Operation

Our standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. However, after-hours service may be available depending on your situation and our availability. If you call after hours, please be sure to leave a clear message! We may still be in the field and be able to help you right away, or we can schedule service for the following day. If you leave a message we will prioritize calling you back first thing the next morning before taking other calls.

We specialize in the following non-towing related roadside assistance for passenger cars, trucks, and SUVs.

• Vehicle Lockouts - Keys locked in car? We use the latest methods and tools to quickly and safely access your vehicle
• Tire Changes - Light and medium duty tire changes performed safely and to manufacturer specifications (we do not service box trucks, tractor trailers, or Class A RVs at this time)
• Jump Starts and Battery Testing- We'll get your car jumped and running again, and we can test your battery to see if it needs replaced
• Fuel Delivery - We can deliver up to 2.5 gallons of unleaded gasoline or diesel fuel
• Automotive Key Programming and Replacement - (coming Spring of 2026!

Our previous extensive experience in customer service and roadside assistance means that we know the challenges faced by customers in need, roadside assistance companies, and towing companies alike. Too many times we've had to help people that were upset because their service provider cancelled and didn't even bother to call them, leaving them stranded for several hours with no communication. These situations can be frustrating, scary, and even dangerous. Nobody wants to be to be stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire or out of gas, or locked out of their car in a dark parking lot in a strange part of town. Leaving anyone stranded like that is not an option. When we say we'll be there, you can rest assured that we will be there!
